End-User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your lawful rights to any software owned by BPCPrograms, LLC. This agreement is a complete legal agreement between you ("the user", "you", "your", "licensee") and BPCPrograms, LLC ("BPC", "the company", "BPCPrograms.") It clearly defines the regulations by which you are obliged to comply, whether you are a registered user or are running a demonstration of any product for which this license applies. This license is in effect throughout the entire BPC website, and all media owned by BPC which is accessible from this website; this includes, but is not limited to, www.bpcprograms.com and all associated components there under. Before installing, copying, distributing, or using a program from BPC, you must thoroughly read and understand the terms and conditions set forth in this document. Any violation of these terms and/or conditions will immediately void this agreement whereupon you will be required to destroy all products gained from BPC and their accompanying materials.I. Copyrights
1. All products from BPC are copyrighted, whether this is explicitly noted or otherwise. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or distribute the product unless you have the necessary license expressly from BPC to do so. Demonstrations or free products may be distributed freely, as long as this full document is reproduced with the distribution. This document must accompany all products residing under BPC. If your copy of the product is not accompanied by this document, please contact BPC immediately. 2. No portion of any product governed by this license may be used in any other product except in that of BPC's without the permission of the company. This includes, but is not limited to, music, character names, sounds, documents, and program cores.II. Refunds
1. BPC provides demonstrations for all of its products which require registration to unlock the full working version. These demonstrations are meant to give the licensee an idea of what type of product they are registering. These demonstrations are not based on expiration dates; they either terminate after a certain point, or after the time limit during execution has expired. After registration, no refund, whether full or partial, will be granted to the licensee unless one of the following is true:A. The licensee has entered a contract with the company beforehand which warrants a refund. Such a contract may include a rewards program, promotion, compensation for work delivered to the company, etc. Such a contract is only valid if issued by BPC. The company will not be held liable for any false advertisement by any other entity concerning such a contract. BPC disclaims responsibility for any organization claiming to have received authority from BPC to provide a refund or discount contract, and the company will not honor such a contract even if the licensee has legitimately entered the contract based on the guidelines set forth by the acting entity.
B. The licensee has entered an installment plan with the company, and can no longer pay the installment amount. In this case, all payments issued to the company up to the point where the licensee declares an inability to continue the installment will be refunded to the licensee. 2. The company does not assume responsibility for keeping its products up-to-date with the latest release of the operating system or systems on which the products can be executed. While BPC will make every effort to ensure that its products continue to run as hardware and software is upgraded, this is not an obligation and may only be done where resources permit such an upgrade of the company's products. BPC will not provide a refund of any product if a hardware or software upgrade prevents the product from functioning properly.
