We have phone, Skype, Twitter, and Email support available. If you are reporting a bug with one of our titles, submit the problem through the form below, or post the issue on our forum.

NOTE

The contact information provided below is not meant for obtaining tips about a game. Due to the amount of Email we receive, BPC will not answer questions asking for hints or spoilers. The information below is meant only for sales, technical support questions, general comments, and bug reporting. Please turn to other, community-driven resources for game-specific questions.

Phone

If you send us an Email but do not hear back from us, our reply may have been filtered by your Email provider's spam filtering system. If you believe this is the case or you feel that your issue may best be resolved over the phone, you may call us at 513-239-7719 and leave a message. We will return your call within two business days.

Skype

We are available on Skype. Simply call bpc_programs_support using this program. We may ask you to add our account to your Skype contacts as well if we need to communicate with you and you are unable to call us using a landline.
